A refund is issued in one situation:
Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed, no refund is provided. This is because the file cannot be returned once downloaded.
If your download does not work, tell us before asking for a refund. In almost every case we can resend or fix the link the same working day.
For digital marketing and consulting work:
We do not offer full refunds once work has started. Where a refund is due, it is calculated on the part of the work not yet delivered and the budget not yet spent. A refund is generally considered only where work has not started or only a small part has been completed.
A digital product order can be cancelled any time before payment is completed, by simply not completing it. After payment, delivery is immediate, so cancellation is covered by the refund rules above.
A service engagement can be cancelled in writing at any time. Work already done and budget already spent are payable; the rest is not.
Write to contact@avsvishalmedia.com with the email address you paid with and your order number. We reply within 24 to 48 working hours.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes 5 to 7 working days after we process it.
